Getting offline for at least a couple of hours a day is so freeing. I haven't removed my smartphone but I have started adding limiters and just putting my phone away. It has helped me feel much more centered and happier.

Extremely tough to do and can feel isolating. I comment the people that can do it though

I can't believe these are making a comeback. Seems much better to just install some limits in your smartphone and still enjoy some of the better features.

Honestly might need to try this
