I am pretty new to this field and any information will help greatly.
My mother helped setup a trust with me as the beneficiary.
I am due to the get the money when I am 25.
I want to see if the trust has been using the money well, see if they are making mistakes/ wasting my money or if they are doing a good job. I am unsure how exactly to query this, what I need to look for and what the green and red flags are.
I want the trust to release some funds for me to get a property also.
UK based, Contingent Interest Trust.
Any help, appreciated and thanks in advance.
