Summary

SEC will release player availability reports in football, baseball and basketball. The Big Ten and Mid-American conferences have also adopted the new policy. The other power conferences, the Big 12 and ACC, have not announced reports.

The Big Ten started requiring its teams to provide availability reports no more than two hours before kickoff last season. The MAC announced a similar policy on Aug. 22.

Cause its fun. It adds another element to the game. I do agree though, people turn this into full on gambling and it can be problematic.

The latter is really bad because it's so tough to get away from when addicted
