Leave old 401k in Voya or rollover to new 401k plan at Fidelity?

Hey folks,

I just started my new job and have some questions about what to do about rollovers. I'm a little new at this (26), so please explain like I am 5!

I have a little over $51k in a 401k plan for my old employer at Voya with 100% allocated in "C975 Fidelity 500 Index Fund". My new plan I plan on 100% allocation in FXAIX.

I don't see fees for my Voya plan to leave it in there, other than a $50 fee to rollover to Fidelity if I choose to do that. What are the pros and cons for leaving it, moving it to new 401k, or moving to an IRA?

Please let me know if I am missing any other crucial information that I can answer in the comments below!
