Summary

Intel has been investigating reports that high-end 13th- and 14th-generation desktop CPUs were crashing during gameplay. The company announced yesterday that it has wrapped up its investigation and that a microcode update to fix the problem should be shipping to motherboard makers in mid-August.

I'm glad to see that they are going to continue replacing products that end up breaking because of an inherent flaw.

Probably not really an exploit but more just damaging to the hardware
