I’ve been getting charged a monthly subscription for a website I don’t recall signing up for. Can I dispute with my bank?

A monthly payment slipped through the cracks of my business account for 2 years. $30/MO to some credit website. Don’t recall signing up or ever using that website. I tried calling but they ask for my social to locate me. I hung up, I found an email from them on my junk folder so I logged in and canceled the payment plan but I can’t delete the account and can’t talk to anyone by phone. I don’t want to get a new card but I feel eerie about not being able to delete my account and can’t even get a hold of anyone in that company. My question is can I dispute this with my bank and get that money back for those 2 years? Or should I just get a new card. Has anyone experienced something similar?
