That one circular is like an armor piercing round. Nobody is surviving that one.

Seriously, more people need to know about this one. Which if an officer is expecting it to just bounce off and it pierces right through?

Never thought of it but makes sense since the arrow heads will be putting all their force in one tiny spot. Some material is probably harder than others.
