Which do you prefer? I’m reflooring my living room and 2 bedrooms in my condo. I’m not dead set on one of these two options but they check all my boxes. So I’m open to something completely different too if something comes to mind. However I am leaning toward an engineered hardwood due to the wide plank options. Also, the condo doesn’t get a whole ton of natural light because the windows open to an alley, so something to keep in mind.
