I dont agree here, it depends on person to person and job to job,. And being a female, things are different. If home is toxic then you will fail in work from home. Thankfully, I m thriving well.
I can agree people will have varying experiences but studies on this have routinely shown that working from home results in higher productivity and more enjoyment from the work done.
